We offer complete training programs for the beginner and advanced consultant. We carry out mediator training together with our clients. All other programs are independent SYNNECTA training programs.

We design individual training programs specifically geared towards the requirements of the different groups within the corporation concerned. Our focus ranges from process presentation and coaching up to and including mediation.

Process Consultant Training
Organizational consulting, coaching, process presentation

The SYNNECTA Process Consultant Training is a new concept targeted towards promoting flexibility, self-responsibility and self-organization. The educational modules provide open learning opportunities and enable participants to choose their own paths toward learning and to shape them according to their individual needs.

Mediator Training
Mediation is the logical succession to presenting and process consulting. Based on process consulting, SYNNECTA's mediator training imparts the specific theoretical, methodological and social skills mediators require, including structures for conflict and negotiation management, methods and tools, and the required introspection.

Training within corporations
Change processes within corporations require the concrete support of Change Management Agents. They vitalize, help guide, and activate energies in a way no manager can. By training in-house process coordinators the corporation builds its own skills to shape change processes in the medium-term.
